Captain James Martin
James joined the Oakland Volunteer Fire Department in 2007. He was made Lieutenant in 2010 and Captain in 2011. He is the engineer, as well as the administrator of both the OVFD website and Facebook page. He is also a member of the Paris Henry County Rescue Squad.
Certifications: First Aid/CPR/AED, Basic Extrication, Firefighter Level 3, EVOC
